The repositioning of the Huntington Beach Mall into a high end retail and restaurant village with a Century Cinema and amphitheater area, as well as numerous park like gardens and other public spaces. This award winning repositioning and additions totaling 1,150,000 square foot, was designed by Marios Savopoulos while a senior principal at P+R Architects.

Marios has also led a team while at MVE to compete with two other firms to further reposition the amphitheater area in 2015 and was awarded the new phase of repositioning by the developer, DJM Retail Partners.
