It includes 120,000 square feet of office over retail podium, integrated within the two-level component of this place-making project.It also includes a large multiplex cinema, numerous restaurants, a very contemporary, two level Crate and Barrel store and a parking structure.The Village has become a civic hub for gathering and socializing for the three communities it serves and it features a very active event year round programming schedule. It is the most commercially successful retail destination in Oregon every year since it opened and it draws customers from the whole state.
