An 18 screen 76,000 square foot, luxury multiplex that is the main entertainment anchor centerpiece at Brandt, this luxury movie palace was designed for Pacific Theaters and coordinated with the Caruso in house team by Marios Savopoulos, while a senior principal at P+R Architects.

It is sited centrally on the park space to energize the retail around it. It has been and still is a great commercial success. It won numerous design awards,including ULI, ICSC, Golden Nugget and SADE awards.

The opulent Lobby with a large stage like Mural visible from the park by a proscenium window and the gates to auditoria are influenced by the golden era of Hollywood.
