A 55,000 square foot award-winning lifestyle center featuring restaurants and retail shops as part of a master plan development by Caruso Affiliated. It was designed by Marios Savopoulos while a senior principal at P+R Architects, in close collaboration with the Caruso team, to envelope three lakes and to seamlessly relate to the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza and its park. The eloquent architectural forms are contemporary in inspiration, yet the warm limestone and overall material palette and thoughtful details, along with the maximized glass, amazing landscape and lighting design create a magical effect of buildings in a beautiful garden, especially in the evening. It is then when the multiple restaurant patios are filled with customers and the promenade is packed with people enjoying the water features, bridge, children's area and flagrant gardens.
