A 130,000 square foot lifestyle retail renaissance of an out dated retail center for Caruso Affiliated. It is located across the street  the Marina Del Rey main marina and it is based on a unique  blend of architectural influence from the seaside promenades of southern France as well as great coastal California Architecture.

The water feature and garden area is extremely popular and it has destination cafes and restaurants anchoring the space. A re-positioned high end Ralph's fresh fair market is also anchoring the center in addition to the above GLA.

The center has been commercially a great success since the repositioning. Designed by Marios Savopoulos while a Senior Principal at P+R Architects, in collaboration with the talented in house team at Caruso.
